3D Modeling and Prototyping


Custom CAD Design – Using professional tools including Fusion 360, we design mechanical parts, enclosures, and complex assemblies.

Reverse Engineering – We scan, measure, and digitally recreate physical objects, making improvements and modifications as needed.

Realistic Rendering & Visualization – Using advanced rendering techniques, we produce high-quality visuals for marketing, prototyping, and concept validation.

Production Ready - We produce standard CAD files for most types of manufacturing (3D printing, injection moulding, waterjet, etc)

Electronics Design


Custom Circuit Design – We design circuits to exact specifications, Using KiCAD, Altium, Eagle, and other professional software

Simulation & Testing – We simulate circuits before production and validate performance in our fully equipped electronics lab.

PCB Design & Assembly – We design and assemble multi-layer, RF, analog, and digital circuit boards for prototypes and low volume production. We provide support for outsourced manufacturing if needed.

Prototype & Small-Scale Production – Our assembly station includes vacuum tweezers, reflow ovens, and soldering/rework stations. We can work down to the smallest 0201 pitch.

Advanced Testing Equipment – Includes oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and vector network analyzers (VNA) for in-depth circuit analysis.

RF & Wireless Expertise – Specializing in sub-1GHz RF systems for reliable communication solutions.

Low Volume Manufacturing and Assembly


3D Print Farm – Onsite Printing of multicolor objects up to 256mm³ utilizing printers including the Bambu Labs X1 Carbon. For highly specialized, larger objects or high volume, I have worked with very large print farms to meet requirements. 

Services include optimizing preparation for print, slicing, assembly and ship.
